The Florida Hawking Fraternity (FHF) does not release to any non-member person, firm, corporation or other entity the names, addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail address of any member. Nor does the Florida Hawking Fraternity release any information regarding any Associate Member or Affiliate Organization.

The Florida Hawking Fraternity reserves and protects its copyright on all materials contained on this website and the copyrights of all contributors of information, articles, attachments, photographs or other such material. No material depicted on this website may be used by any person, firm, corporation or entity of any kind without the express permission of the Florida Hawking Fraternity.

Contacting the FHF

Please remember when contacting the Florida Hawking Fraternity that all Officers, Regional Representatives and other people who work hard for our Fraternity are volunteers. The FHF does not have a paid staff and there may be delays in replying to your request. We ask for your patience and understanding while we make contact with the person who is best qualified to answer your inquiry.

Contact the FHF Secretary/Treasurer if you are inquiring about your new membership application that you have completed and submitted or if you have not received any information from the FHF about your new membership within 30 days of the date you mailed your application.

Contact the FHF Secretary/Treasurer if you are a current FHF Member and have a question about your membership, want to know if your dues are currently paid or if you are not receiving your TALEFEATHERS or ballots.

If you are a FHF Member contact the Secretary/Treasurer if you have not received a ballot within 10 days of the announcement that ballots were mailed out.

Contact our Secretary/Treasurer if you are a member of the public or the media and have a general inquiry about the Florida Hawking Fraternity.

Each e-mail sent to the various addresses of Officers and Regional Representatives at WWW.FLAHAWKING.ORG may be read, but due to the volume of mail received, not all questions can be answered personally. Those questions that are answered usually receive a reply within 3 days.

By submitting your questions, you grant the Florida Hawking Fraternity a license to edit and reproduce your questions and incorporate them into WWW.FLAHAWKING.ORG as necessary or appropriate in the sole judgment of the Florida Hawking Fraternity. Your identity will not be revealed.
