that this year’s Winter Meet 2023 will officially be held on

We will have a block of 10 rooms first come first served:
*The FHF has reserved a block of 10 rooms; Lake View Exterior Access 2 Queen Beds $145.00 plus 11.5% tax.
Breakfast & Wi-Fi included.
You must call to reserve the room before December 16th be sure to tell them you are from the Florida Hawking Fraternity.
Banquet: *Breakfast for group will be delivered to Rose Room 7am*
Food Services:
Dinner on the Saturday the 14th in Rose Room - 6:30 pm

Pork Schnitzel - $45 per person
Coated with breadcrumbs & pan fried until crunchy, finished with a fresh lemon butter compote accompanied marinara linguine and green beans
*Gluten Free Option* Grilled Chicken Breast - $42 per person
Boneless breast of chicken pan sautéed with capers in a classic lemon butter and white wine sauce, Chicane’s Green Beans.
Fingerlings Tuscan Linguini - $40 per person
Our Signature Vegetarian Dish, Sundried tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, basil sautéed and tossed in a light and creamy sauce topped with feta cheese and shredded parmesan
Cedar Plank Salmon - $49 per person
Fresh Atlantic salmon, signature potlatch sauce, oven roasted on a cedar plank served with mashed potatoes and green beans

Itinerary is as follows:
Friday January 13th 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Arrival and check-in of some of club officers and FHF members on the Patio.
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm Join us on the Hospitality “Patio” in back next to restaurant so that members can meet and greet renew memberships etc.
FHF falconers get together for dinner Friday evening.
This is usually followed by reconvening on the Hospitality “Patio” in back next to restaurant for libations, cigars, and general chicanery.
Please plan on joining in!
January 14th 6:00 am - 8:00 am
Meeting in the parking lot in front so that members can meet and greet and plan hunting groups.
3:00 pm Class on equipment making by Hawkeye Bird and Animal Control.
6:30 pm Dinner and Raffle in the Rose Room
Sunday January 15th
Check out, egress. Check with fellow falconers.
Usually, a brave few squeeze in a Sunday morning hunt before heading home. Join us if you can!
Of course, we will be
running the silent auction and need help with vendors contribution
so please bring along anything you have
hanging around in the closet to contribute.

All current FHF Members
will be invoiced for dues via email only by January 15th.
The deadline for receipt of dues payment is February 15th annually.
